How to correctly measure your head for the best fit Find a piece of string if you don’t have string, a shoelace or ribbon can work too. Wrap your string around your head, positioned above your ears & eyebrows - Imagine that the hat is sitting where you’re holding the string. Find the end point by pinching the string where it wraps back around to meet at the starting point. Measure the length of the string from starting point to end point against a ruler and note the measurement. Look for the corresponding measurement on the chart to find your head size.
