We are wild about our hats, and hope that you are too! If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you will need to return the items(s) and place a new order for the replacement items.  Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to process.

The hat(s) must be in original condition with all hangtags attached. FINAL SALE hats are not returnable. 

We’ve made returning your Wallaroo Hat as easy as possible. Start an online return here (but please note, FINAL SALE hats are not returnable).

Return your hat(s) for a refund and place a new order on This will guarantee that you get the item, color and size you need as quickly as possible.

If you purchased any item through an authorized Wallaroo retailer, or through, please contact the seller - they will be able to help you!


If you would like to return a hat purchased directly from Wallaroo please follow the instructions below (within 30 days of your date of purchase):  

  1. Complete the online return form provided with your invoice, and securely pack your hat back in the box it arrived in. You will receive an email with a link to download your shipping label.
  2. Items that arrive in an envelope or padded mailer are at risk of not receiving a full refund.
  3. Once your return has arrived at Wallaroo Hat Company in Boulder, your return will be processed, and  $8.95 will be deducted from your refund** when you use the return label.
