Shipping & Delivery

Rules and restrictions to qualify for Free Shipping:

  • We offer Free Shipping on orders that are $75.00 or more, excluding taxes and after discounts have been applied.
  • We offer Free Shipping with SmartPost* for domestic shipments only, excluding destinations in Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Orders that are eligible for Free Shipping will be shipped via SmartPost*, with an estimated delivery time of 7-14 business days from ship date.
  • If an order is eligible for Free Shipping, the customer must select the "Free Shipping" option during checkout to receive Free Shipping via SmartPost*.
  • If you can't wait to receive your new hat(s), please choose one of our other shipping options for a more timely delivery. Applicable charges for your shipping choice will apply (see details in the chart below).
  • Free Shipping offer is subject to change without notice.

*By utilizing the U.S. Postal Service® for final delivery, FedEx SmartPost reaches every U.S. address, including P.O. boxes and military APO, FPO and DPO destinations.  Please make sure to put the address where you receive regular mail deliveries in the “Ship To” address when utilizing SmartPost.

Shipping to a PO Box: FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes, so customers must choose SmartPost shipping for P.O. Box delivery.

Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping to the continental U.S. is provided by FedEx Ground service. A physical address is required, FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes. For Alaska, Hawaii, and International orders, the U.S. Postal Service is the provider.  

2-Day Shipping: Our express shipping to the continental U.S. is 2-Day Shipping provided by FedEx. A physical address is required; FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Orders placed with the 2-Day Shipping method Monday through Friday (not including holidays) before 1:00 PM PST will arrive within 2 business days. Orders placed with 2-Day Shipping Monday through Friday after 1:00 PM MST, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days. Please note, 2-Day shipping is available for domestic shipments only and is not available for destinations in Alaska or Hawaii.

The formula for 2-day shipping is the FedEx Rate + a $24.00 surcharge. Your package will arrive within 2 business days via FedEx 2Day®

Note: International orders may take 30 days or more to be delivered. Depending on the country, customs can take up to 10 days to process your incoming package. 

Note: We can only guarantee 2-day delivery if FedEx 2nd Day Air is selected (not including holidays).  All other methods of shipment can take between 3 to 7 business days (not including holidays).

Returns

We are wild about our hats, and hope that you are too! If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

The hat(s) must be in original condition with all hangtags attached.

We’ve made returning your Wallaroo Hat as easy as possible. Return your hat(s) for a refund and place a new order on wallaroohats.com. This will guarantee that you get the item, color and size you need as quickly as possible.

If you purchased any item through an authorized Wallaroo retailer, or through Amazon.com, please contact the seller - they will be able to help you!

If you would like to exchange or return a hat purchased directly from Wallaroo (from our website, phone, or fax) please follow the instructions below (within 30 days of your date of purchase):  

  1. Complete the return form provided with your invoice, and securely pack your hat back in the box it arrived in. (In the event you have misplaced your return form please download one here).
  2. Items that arrive in an envelop or padded mailer are at risk of not receiving a full refund.
  3. Use the provided shipping label and place it with your outgoing mail (via USPS). Once your return has arrived at Wallaroo Hat Company in Boulder, your return will be processed, less the flat rate shipping fee of $7.95**.
